- The API is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the API.
- This includes, but is not limited to, damages caused by:
- Incorrect or unexpected API responses
- Temporary downtime or data loss
- Unauthorized use of your API key by third parties
- Integration failures or errors in your own applications
- You acknowledge that you use the API at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the API (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice.

All content, documentation, and code associated with the API remain the intellectual property of Lipp Software GmbH.
You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, and limited right to use the API in accordance with these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, excluding its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ried im Innkreis, Austria.
